Requirements
Must be aged 20 or older
Have fluent English skills
Have basic live stream equipment
Have goals and ideas
Have the willpower to stream frequently
Welcome Skills
It would be great if you meet at least one of the following criteria.
But even if you don't meet any of the requirements, you can still apply.

Have live streaming experience.

Ability to speak Japanese, Korean, or Chinese on a native level or business level.

Possess the skills of an artist, such as singing, dubbing, musicianship, drawing, etc.

Be familiar with and know how to operate Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, BLENDER, 3DS MAX, Maya and other visual-related software.

Possess the ability to continuously take action.

Not currently affiliated with an entertainment agency; if currently affiliated with such an agency,you should be able to terminate your contract at your own risk once you pass the audition.

Able to communicate and cooperate with team.

Abide by the team's confidentiality agreement and anything in the contract.
Audition Process
01
Announce character design and start recruiting actors
We will release the character designs used for Audition each time (the number is not fixed each time) and look for people who are suitable and willing to play these characters.

Post the application form and make the time frame open for applications public.
You can submit your application to us during the period when the form is open for filling. Ensure you provide us with a contact that we can reach you. If your contact is invalid, we cannot provide you with the details of the audition process. Please note that We do not accept any inquiries regarding the audition process and its result.

First stage interview
We will take some time to review the application form you sent us and decide whether to invite you for a second stage interview.
If you pass this stage of review, we will notify you via email.
Please note that we will not notify you if you fail, and we will not allow you to ask us whether you have passed.

Second stage interview
You will receive an email with the details of the second stage interview and fill out the second form again after signing the NDA. The second stage interview is a video interview. We will coordinate with
you and notify you of the interview time.
Please be sure to abide by all the rules mentioned in the NDA.

Result
Regardless of whether you are selected, We will not return
any documents attached to your application.
We do not accept any inquiries regarding the audition process and its result.
Q&A
Q. Can I bring my own model which I use for a long time?
No, the member have to use the model and rig provided by SoulBoxそば.
Q. What is the profit sharing policy?
We will guarantee that we will not charge any fees to members within first year. After one year, we will charge a module usage fee of year. Streamers could keep what they say is their live streaming revenue.
Q. Will we be notified if the application is not approved?
We will make no further notification.
Q. Do you have any preference for audition videos?
The video only needs to be within three minutes and the sound and image are functioning properly.
We do not actively provide any preferences for people to consider. *Please note, any video longer than three minutes and fifty-nine seconds does not meet the specifications.*
Q. Will you have more recruitment activities in the future?
If there is any updated information, we will disclose it on the official website or X (Twitter). If you are interested, please continue to pay attention.
Q. Can I choose the character I want?
If you are selected, we will coordinate with you based on whether you are suitable for this role. Before being selected, we have the right to refuse to answer or discuss any details on this issue.
